The Yacht Sales Co, September 6 & 7
Ronstan Junior Foiling Cup
Change of Venue – Ronstan Junior Foiling Cup, Round 3, 6th and 7th September,
Due to the ongoing prediction of a SE swell of at least 2m in Mooloolaba Bay over both days of the planned event, the Organising Authority (OA) has determined to transfer the venue to Lake Cootharaba at Boreen Point, Queensland. The OA believes that size of the predicted swell could be a safety hazard to both competitors and volunteers.
The OA is very grateful for the generosity of the Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club in assisting to use their location and facilities so that this event can proceed.
The Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club is located at 24 Boreen Point Parade, Boreen Point, approximately 80 km (1 hour drive) north of Mooloolaba or 162 km north of Brisbane (approx. 2 hours’ drive).
The OA is extending Registration to 1700 on Friday, 05 September 2025.
